The 1 Minute Stretch™is an essential course created by Dr Zvi to teach a wisdom-oriented program of muscle and joint full range of motion from head to toe. It combines a 1 minute motion routine (which can be practiced in any length of time desired) coupled with mindfulness. The routine is simple and allows the person doing it to focus on gentle movements which are precisely designed for optimal health of Soul and Body.
